This image along with 3 others were sent into the "early bird " competion of GPOTY. It was one of five selected and wins me the GPOTY2 book. It also goes forward to the final and may be printed in the next book. Judges comments were a joy to read "This is a very clever photograph. Bluebells are a great subject but it's difficult to get a new " take " on on them as they are so often photographed. The selective focus, framing and sharp seperation of space and colour give drama to what might otherwise be a " standard image " High praise indeed !
