Faroes
The Faroe's are a group of islands in the mid Atlantic, N/E of the Hebrides of Scotland.
They belong to Denmark, but have their own sovereignty. A landscape of mountains and bridges and tunnels to link the islands.
Rugged landscape and coastline, fishing is the main source of income and lamb a staple diet. Unspoilt and almost stepping back in time, the inhabitants are so genuine and friendly. The weather though is changeable and seabirds everywhere !!
