When Maggie and I spent 4 days in Swanage during the Autumn school holiday break (we both work in schools). I had this image in my mind, every morning up at 5.30 am peer through the gloom then back to bed. On the 4th morning out I went (Maggie chose to stay!) up to a villge named Kingston. The view from the roadside into the valley of fog was stunning.Put up the tripod and waited for sunrise in the cold, damp air. The sun appeared only to dissapear into a bank of cloud.I carried on taking images till the light became stronger and the fog dissipated. This was the result of those images!
