After the Rain
Londons South bank has been transformed in recent years. The work is still ongoing. City Hall ( aka Kens place ) is part of that development. Shape resembles a helmet and has an interesting spiral staircase. It also is very eco friendly, recyling and using solar energy. In front of the building in this image is an area for exhibitions ( open air ) and festivals. Shown here is Tom Stoddarts i Witness exhibition. A moving photographic record of mans and natures vagaries.
